Is This Medical Malpractice?

Do You Think We Have A Class Action Law Suit?

Tell me if you think I have a case for medical malpractice. To help you understand what happened to me, put yourself in my shoes for a moment. Imagine that you suddenly became aware that you were stricken with an uncomfortable illness. You had a mild headache, annoying stomach cramps, a rash that was slightly itchy, some what painful, and occasionally burning, so you decided to go the doctor to see if he could provide any help. The doctor runs a battery of tests, and leaves to retrieve the results. When the doctor returned he had a nonchalant look on his face. He informed you that you had a disease, there was a cure, and a free pill he was about to prescribe. It would make you feel better and give you much relief from the pains caused by the disease that you were stricken with.

“Wow, this is great! This is just what I wanted to hear. Thank God there is a cure” You think in your mind.

Next, the doctor pulls out a sheet of suggested therapies to go along with the pill. You scan the list and find some things are easy to do (things you already do), something's are harder and some things are terribly difficult, but to do all the things at the same time seemed impossible! Since the list was optional, and the disease itself only mildly discomforting, it didn’t seem that bad.

Next comes the pill. When you see the size of the pill your eyes almost pop out of your head. The doctor, seeing your shock assures you that its not a daily pill, but one that may be taken over time. Broken off little pieces that go down easy are fine. You can even crush it up and put it in apple sauce, if that helps. If you skip a day or two just resume again when you wish. So you went home with your free prescription, and happy with the results of your doctors appointment.

For the next number of years, you took the pill, did some of the prescribed therapies, but rarely the hard ones. You read countless books about your illness and the cure, and visited other specialists on your disease only to be presented with the same free cure, pill, and optional therapies. After all this you found little to no relief from the day to day pains you felt. You were then forced, as I was, to make one of two decisions

1. Discard the cure as a joke and false cure

or,

2. Continue on your optional prescribed therapy only as something you did out of habit and in vain hope for some relief.

I myself chose both. For awhile I took the medicine, but soon became complacent. I took the medicine on and off for awhile with little change. It did at times seem to help a little, and I did change a little, but my life pretty much went on the same as before. My change was not all together, and it definitely didn’t seem like a cure. It wasn’t long after that when in the blink of an eye, out of no where in the matter of a moment my mild headache, the annoying stomach cramps, the rash that was slightly itchy and some what painful, and occasionally burning instantaneously turned into a horrible, unbearable, and terrible head ache, agonizing, gut wrenching stomach cramps, and a torturing rash that is insatiably itchy, horribly painful, and feverishly burning all at the same time.

I ran to the 24 hour clinic only to find out horrible news. After the doctor did a complete exam, he quickly returned with a passionate, loving and very concerned look on his face. To help you to better understand what happened to me, put yourself in my shoes again for a moment. Imagine the doctor told you that you had a fatal disease. The doctor explained to you that the pains and tortures of this disease would grow progressively worse by the second until they spiraled out of control into what would seem like a eternity of torture.

You pleaded “What cure or even experimental treatment is there that can possible save my life?!!!”

The doctor replies that this disease has already consumed your body, and you are, but already dead. Tears spring forth from the doctors eyes as he informs you that it is too late for the only cure known to man. This doctor said that there was a 100 percent effective, 2000 year old proven cure, that was hard and difficult. Imagine, he tells you that if your disease is caught in its early stage, there is a extremely demanding, challenging and absolutely mandatory list of therapies, and a large tough pill to swallow that must be taken in whole daily, but would prevent the disease from ever taking an eternal and fatal hold. The doctor continues to inform you that the road would have been tough and that only the strong ever make it down. The road, although promising no comforts of your day to day pains of life, would have prevented the eternal torture and death you were about to endure.

I told the doctor to give me the pill and a new copy of the list. I said that “I would be glad and more than happy to choose do every last command on the list and choose to take the pill everyday.” I said that “I would take great happiness, deep satisfaction and joy...“ in the fact that I was (although not promised or expecting to be spared from suffering) spared from the eternity of unspeakable tortures and death of this terrible disease from ever taking over my body and soul.

“I’m truly sorry” the doctor replied “It is too late. The disease has taken hold. For the free Cure to be effective the pill and the therapies MUST be applied before the disease has taken affect.”

The disease is sin, death, and eternity in Hell. The free Cure is Jesus and the pill is your personal cross. The therapies are His teachings and commands

If you cut the pill in little pieces, and grind it up in applesauce, and only do the therapies at your convenience, the cure is ineffective, and of no worth to you or your eternal soul. If someone told you and you truly believed that this would be enough, you are taking the foolish advice of a Spiritual Quack and you are sadly mistaken.

I am the one who now burns in the fiery, eternal, torture, and gnashing of teeth as you read this very letter! I am the one who took the advice of a Spiritual Quack! Even though I went to church regularly, tithed, sponsored a child, and lived a fairly moral life compared to my fellow Americans,
I still lived and died in my sins. I only took the pill in pieces and on and off, did some of the therapies sometimes, but seldom, if ever did the hard ones like cross bearing, self denial, and suffering for the sake of the Lord.

Imagine you were the one who now burns in Hell for having been duped by a Spiritual Quack selling you a half cure, a half gospel, and a half Jesus. I am the diluted watered down gospel believing American christian who at this very moment burns in the eternal pits of Hell. I beg you don’t follow the wide and easy path of the false teachings of western christianity!

If you truly believe with all your heart in a half Gospel, and a half Jesus, you are headed down the wide path of eternal destruction. If you truly believe with all your heart that you are running North while you are truly running South, you will never reach the North. Even if you believe with all your heart that if you drink cyanide you won‘t die, if you drink a glass of cyanide you will die no matter what you believe. If you truly believe in the Cure but refuse to take the pill, or do the therapies, you will not be cured, but will die in your sins.

Please before it is too late for you too, turn to The Great Physician who can heal the terrible condition and disease of death and sin that grips your very soul. The Cure (grace, mercy, love, salvation, and peace) are free, but the personal cross, self denial, obedience and suffering out of true selflessness and unimaginable love for Jesus, are up to you. You will never be able to do it by yourself, but only with the help, love, mercy, and true grace of The Great Physician. It will take a daily ongoing relationship with the One whose very life and blood provided the cure. Jesus knocks on the door of your heart pleading with you take up your personal cross and follow Him. Jesus calls all of His disciples to live like Him, become a living epistle, become a living Church. Jesus calls and commands all His followers to live separated and holy lives. It will be hard but the choice is yours. The Lord Jesus calls broken, humble, self denying, cross bearing, meek servants, to persevere down a narrow path. This is not the half gospel, half Jesus that was sold to me as the Cure.

This is the Truth and the full Gospel of Jesus

Since the eternity of your very soul depends on it, do yourself a favor and check it out for yourself.

Jesus Said the following -

“Then he said to them
all: “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”

Luke 9:23

“Many are called, but
FEW are chosen” Matt 22:14

“If you love Me, KEEP My Commandments!” John 14:15“Why do you call Me Lord, and do not

DO the things I say!” Luke 6:46
